Anastasia discovered her passion for people and their unique cultural nuances during her university years. This fascination solidified her career path toward culture and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Over the past six years, she has actively shaped and promoted these values, including through the organization of corporate events.
At Semrush, Anastasia took the lead in developing the company's cultural direction from its inception and spearheaded its DEI initiatives. Under her leadership, the DEI Policy and Manifesto was created, and six DEI communities were established.
Yulia has been passionate about data analysis for over 6 years now. She is a huge supporter of data-driven decision making, and is known for a product-oriented approach across all her activities at Semrush. Yulia's two focus areas are currently data studies and people management. Yulia serves as a Lead of the team whose daily tasks consist of analyzing latest industry trends to сreate insightful stories based on Semrush data.
Yana has been working in the HR Brand sphere since 2017. Her main belief is that the brand should be based on true values and company spirit because a candidate's expectations about the employer should match reality. Under Yana's management, Semrush was listed in the top 10 of the strongest HR Brands in IT (out of 700 companies) and was granted the Great Place to Work certification twice.
In addition to leading the EVP project, Yana supervised and coordinated the launch of the current Career website of the company and a branded HR podcast.
