Tatiana is passionate about design culture and communities, and she is a strong advocate for user research. Tatiana’s professional journey began nearly ten years ago in the role of a UI/UX designer. Since then, she’s worked with several tech companies before joining Semrush, where she was eventually promoted to Head of Design for the Competitive Intelligence and Market Research units.

Tatiana joined the Semrush team in 2017. Since 2021, she has served as CHRO of the company and managed the HR Division globally in 9 countries and 13 offices. During her professional experience at Semrush, Tatiana has played a significant role in the company's IPO launch in March 2021, as well as in introducing a policy of unlimited PTO in 2023. Tatiana’s focal point lies in implementing results-oriented processes that stimulate and support business growth.

With over 6 years of experience in software engineering, Stanislav started his professional journey as a Linux System Administrator. At Semrush, he accomplished most of the features for the Content Analytics tool – ImpactHero. Stanislav takes pride in solving a Rubik’s cube in one minute and likes bringing irreversible benefits to society through programming.
