Account Manager with English&Italian (Italy Market)

To keep up with our rapid growth in the new markets, Semrush is looking for experienced and motivated individuals to join our expanding team!
And this is our Account Manager role for those who are goal and success-oriented.
Tasks in the role
Identify additional tools and features that can be upsold to new Semrush customers;
Retain existing customers within 3 months after they subscribe to our products;
Onboard new users and showcase best parts of the product relevant for them;
Answer incoming product and pricing-related questions;
Keep client database up to date;
Deliver amazing customer experience;
Working hours 10.00 a.m. - 18.00 a.m. CET
Who we are looking for
Fluent English (B2 or higher) Italian (native, C1/C2);
Ability to learn quickly;
Desire to spend the majority of your working time interacting with users and answering incoming questions;
Ability to quickly adapt to changes;
Close attention to detail
They say there are no perfect candidates, but that might well be you, if you have
Previous experience in a customer-facing/sales role;
Basic (or not so basic) idea of SEO/SEM/SMM;
Knowledge of CRM systems.
