About the Role
We’re seeking an exceptional Global Head of Sales Enablement to scale and optimize our sales organization. Reporting to the Chief Sales Officer, this strategic leadership role is pivotal in shaping our revenue strategy, building global GTM infrastructure, and empowering our sales teams to excel.
Your mission will be to enable our global sales teams with world-class tools, training, and strategies to drive measurable success. If you’re passionate about building high-performance cultures and scaling revenue enablement in enterprise SaaS, we want to hear from you!
Tasks in the role
Strategic Planning: Design and implement a global sales enablement strategy aligned with Semrush’s revenue goals.
Role-Based Enablement: Develop targeted training programs for SDRs, SMB/MM, and Enterprise AEs—helping to elevate sales performance worldwide
Tools & Systems: Evaluate and optimize enablement tools to meet the needs of dynamic, high-performing sales teams.
Collaboration: Partner with sales and GTM leaders to identify skill gaps, build engagement plans, and execute solutions.
Event Leadership: Oversee major GTM initiatives like Revenue Kick-offs and product enablement sessions to prepare teams for success.
Best Practices: Establish frameworks for daily activities, KPIs, and expectations across core GTM roles.
Who we are looking for
10+ years in sales enablement or leadership, with a focus on enterprise SaaS sales.
Expertise in sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, Sandler Sales, or Command of the Message.
Proven ability to craft and execute enablement strategies from concept to measurable results.
Experience driving global collaboration across sales, operations, and leadership teams.
Strong leadership skills with a track record of hiring and developing high-performing teams.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution.

Flexible approach for an interview format
In order for the online meetings to be productive, we suggest following these tips to make sure you are set up well:
- Join the interview from a laptop or desktop computer (not a smartphone). You may need to print something or present your screen during the interview.
- Please turn on your camera. Visual communication is especially important for us.
- Choose a quiet place to talk. Attending an interview from the street is not a good idea.
- Keep your phone at hand in case there are technical issues that mean we have to continue the interview by direct call.
