Senior Marketing Project Manager (Global Campaigns Team)

Tasks in the role

  • Plan and execute projects from scratch with a self-starter mentality.

  • Develop an integrated marketing communications plan and craft the appropriate mix of channels and objectives.

  • Own launch timeline, foresee dependencies, and drive cross-functional teams to meet deadlines.

  • Identify, prioritize, mitigate, and plan contingencies to overcome roadblocks related to a given project.

  • Partner with a peer group of cross-functional leads to ensure channel-level strategies deliver on campaign goals.

  • Maintain a boundary-less concept of ownership and assume responsibility for connecting the dots between all aspects related to a project.

  • Communicate fluently between executive-level strategy and tactical execution details.

  • Set and pursue KPIs at the campaign level as well as channel level to hold all activities accountable for success.

  • Perform ongoing campaign performance analysis to make recommendations and optimizations across Paid, Earned, and Owned channels.

  • Lead all internal campaign communications, from briefings to reporting.

  • Liaise with creative production teams (internal and external) to create best-in-class assets on time and on budget.

Who we are looking for

  • Strong decision-maker with excellent prioritization skills and 5+ years of experience. 
  • Proven experience leading multi-channel digital marketing initiatives.
  • Track record of partnering with production teams to deliver creative assets of great quantity and quality.
  • Experience collaborating with International Marketing teams.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to multitask, plan, and organize.
  • Organizational skills - serving as centralized source-of-truth owner of all key project files, documentation, and details.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail is paramount.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize working independently.
  • Advanced English level.
  • Great team player.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.

The Brand Campaigns team is responsible for Brand Marketing project ideation and execution, brand campaigns in Paid, and brand communication throughout different channels.

During the interview, we ask candidates to talk about themselves and their background in detail. We try to discover the most important aspects about the way someone works and their personality before a job offer is made.

Flexible approach for an interview format

We’re flexible and open for both online interviews and personal meetings at the offices. Choose the option that’s most suitable for you!

In order for the online meetings to be productive, we suggest following these tips to make sure you are set up well:

  • Join the interview from a laptop or desktop computer (not a smartphone). You may need to print something or present your screen during the interview.
  • Please turn on your camera. Visual communication is especially important for us.
  • Choose a quiet place to talk. Attending an interview from the street is not a good idea.
  • Keep your phone at hand in case there are technical issues that mean we have to continue the interview by direct call.

Senior Marketing Project Manager (Global Campaigns Team)

Colleagues from this team are responsible for establishing marketing strategies and conducting market target audience research. They work with content, create and implement advertising campaigns through multiple promotion channels. The team is also closely involved with the Development, Design, Customer Success, and Sales teams. Web content, newsletters, banners, references in the media–all this is created by our Marketing experts.

The Marketing team is truly international and dispersed across the globe. But despite the differences in locations and time zones, our teams work tirelessly together on their common goal: to support one billion marketers in achieving their goals. Can we do it? Certainly!
