Julia has been working in web design for more than twelve years. She started her journey already in high school by developing web pages using HTML <table> tags. Later, her main focus shifted to e-commerce projects and promo pages. At the current moment, she is fully devoted to design systems. Colleagues know Julia as a “design system librarian”, as she helped build and develop it from scratch. Julia was closely involved in a major brand restyling of Semrush. She loves facing complex challenges and enjoys helping fellow designers learn new things.

Jana has been passionate about environmental impact and CSR topics for over a decade. As a part of the HR Brand Team, she’s been working on introducing social responsibility projects into the scope of Semrush ESG strategy and aligning the needs of the regions tormented by energy poverty with the possibilities of the company’s development towards the environmental government.

Irina, with Semrush since 2018, now leads content for our rapidly expanding Social AI solution, implementing strategies that enhance business outcomes and delivering high-quality content to help our audience amplify their social media results. Her work contributes not only to product development but also nurturing our company culture. As one of Semrush’s Green Ambassadors, she channels her passion for ecological and environmental sciences to help the company become more sustainable.
