Content Strategist (Brand campaigns team)
We are Semrush, a global IT company developing our own product—a platform for digital marketers.
And this is our Content Strategist role for idea generators, planning geniuses, and natural-born analysts.
Tasks in the role
Create campaign messaging and concepts that match the brand’s customer personas.
Create customer journey map and outline the content assets for each marketing campaign.
Manage content creation for developing the marketing funnel and supporting team projects.
Work in close collaboration with campaign managers and channel owners for smooth coordination and campaign execution.
Elaborate and execute a content marketing strategy for a department, aligning it with the company’s content strategy.
Audit existing content and analyze competitors’ tactics to identify areas for improvement.
Monitor key metrics and analyze content performance.
Who we are looking for

5+ years experience in managing content across multiple marketing channels.
Great analytical skills and an ability to make data-driven decisions.
Combination of marketing and editorial mindset with strong client-facing skills, understanding of audience needs, and value-based approach.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Quick learner with excellent problem-solving skills.
Excellent writing and editorial skills.
Significant SEO knowledge.
Advanced and higher level of English.
Experience in a Martech/SaaS company is a plus.
Professional network of content creators is a plus.

The Brand Campaigns team is responsible for Brand Marketing project execution, brand campaigns in Paid, and brand communication throughout different channels.
