Digital Marketing Manager (Kompyte Team)

Hi there! 

We are Semrush, a global IT company developing our own product – a platform for digital marketers. 

This is our Digital Marketing Manager role for idea generators, planning geniuses, and natural-born analysts. 

Tasks in the role

  • Orchestrate a cohesive customer/prospect journey for digital demand generation and nurture programs.
  • Build and execute demand generation campaigns to drive qualified leads for sales to hit pipeline targets.
  • Own Kompyte’s Hubspot instance and administer automation and campaigns in the platform.
  • Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to understand go-to-market for Kompyte solutions.
  • Map content for the buyer’s journey and build valuable content to drive the marketing funnel.
  • Measure and report the effectiveness of all campaign initiatives and optimize based on learnings.
  • Infuse best practices, insights, and optimization strategies into all campaign.

Who we are looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience in digital marketing required.
  • 5-7 years of experience in marketing roles, with 3-5 years in digital demand generation for B2B SaaS.
  • Expert-level user of digital marketing toolset, including Hubspot Marketing Automation software and Salesforce.
  • Operational efficiency is a must, with clear understanding of demand generation metrics, marketing automation program execution, and campaign reporting.
  • Command of marketing strategy fundamentals including buyer personas, buying journey, competitive positioning, funnel stages, and conversion rates.
  • Collaborative work style; ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive communicator; able to comfortably communicate plans to marketing leadership, as well as other stakeholders/leaders within the organization.
  • Excellent writing skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, ask questions and track down answers with confidence, and lead projects/programs with minimal direction.
  • Strong analytical skills; demonstrated passion for digging into data to test hypothesis and continually improve results.
