Head of Global Campaigns (Value Selling Campaigns)

And this is our Head of Global Campaigns role for idea generators, planning geniuses, and natural-born analysts.
Tasks in the role
Be the Value Champion. Be the primary point of contact who defines and owns the messaging surrounding the value that our platform, products, and services ultimately provides to our customers.
Partner with the sales teams to develop, test, and launch joint messaging, ensuring campaign alignment across BDR activities and other sales motions.
Create robust storylines that target the emotional values of our audiences and fast-follow those values with functional purpose or functional values. In other words, create collateral that captures the hearts and minds of our users.
Partner with global marketing leadership to conceptualize and plan campaigns on a quarter and annual basis.
Manage three to four campaigns per calendar year that span 12-16 weeks, ensuring on-time delivery and within budget guidelines.
Manage relationships with key global agencies that will expand on campaign concepts; scale through these agencies to produce scores (60+) of campaign assets to support paid, owned, and earned channels.
Work closely with Global Marketing peers to ensure assets are launched and optimized across virtually all relevant channels, obsessively monitor performance across each respective channel, and adjust on a dime to increase ROI.
Work closely with Heads of Marketing in Product Units to ensure assets created by the team and by the agency accurately reflect our platform/product/service(s) offering(s); guide and own the process end-to-end.
Partner with Heads of Marketing within Product Units and Product Marketing leaders (respectively) to consistently translate product features and benefits into value statements and customer-friendly language that inspires and converts.
Be a player/coach to various team members across Global Marketing as well as Heads of Marketing in Product Units.
Manage a small team of project managers/program managers/campaign managers.
Who we are looking for
10+ years of experience in product, solutions, or value selling; a mix of agency and client-side is preferred.
Extraordinary verbal and written English skills.
A strong mix between B2B and B2C experience is preferred.
Experience managing advertising campaigns with annual budgets over 40mln/year.
Highly creative, ‘hands-on’ leader who embraces ambiguity and defines a way forward.
The agility at one moment to discuss strategy and planning, and the next to execute it.
Strong results-based mentality, analytical skills, and data-driven thinking (must be comfortable working with numbers, metrics, and spreadsheets; reporting on the ROI of our efforts).
Demonstrated success in overseeing or creating rich and relevant digital, social, and campaign experiences.
Outstanding listening, interviewing, meeting facilitation, storytelling, and writing skills.
Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices.

The Brand Campaigns Team is responsible for planning and executing global omnichannel marketing activities, as well as developing content strategy and asset development. We lead cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive and impactful program across Paid, Earned, and Owned channels.
