HR Operations Specialist (HR Operations Team)

We are Semrush, a global IT company developing our own product a platform for digital marketers. And this is our HR Operations Specialist role for those who, through their work, are willing to support our core value people.

Tasks in the role

  • Support in resolving country-specific questions in the field of HR Operations for the Czech Republic and closely work with country counterparts in delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • Ensure consistent communication between all relevant parties associated with relocation and local HR operations.
  • Provide day-to-day advice on HR Operations related queries, including but not limited to local labor code, application of relevant taxation legislation, and HR record upkeep.
  • Provide assistance to employees with settling into the country.
  • Continuously develop internal knowledge base related to Mobility topics (e.g. visa, social security, tax).
  • Identify opportunities to continuously improve operational processes and procedures.

Who we are looking for

  • At least two years of work experience in a similar position, including first hand knowledge of the local labour regulations and HR Operations field
  • Experience with successful cooperation with various stakeholders, vendors, employees and their families
  • Excellent written and verbal English and Czech languages skills

A bit about the team

You can get to know the team better at one of the interviews, but some brief information about future colleagues will be useful now.
We are the team that handles everything from hiring procedures to relocations, to policies, requests related to documents as well as the management of HR systems. This direction includes a variety of specialists: mobility managers (relocation), HR administration specialists, HR automation, and HR analytics.
