Procurement Coordinator (Procurement Team)

Tasks in the role

  •  Assist with the purchase of new software licenses or other goods or services, as requested by end-users through our ticketing system (JIRA).

  • Record progress of tickets from inquiry to completed purchase.

  • For purchases made under corporate cards/P-cards, obtain and submit receipts on a weekly basis.

  • Assist procurement director or specialists with buys of less than $5,000; obtain quotes and enter purchase requests in Oracle.

  • Point of contact for accounts payable team to resolve PO/Invoice match exceptions.

  • Communicate with internal budget owners and vendor contacts to obtain missing or incorrect data to update purchase orders.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Who we are looking for

  • B. S. Degree preferred.

  • Minimum two years of experience working with finance or procurement processes within a company.

  • Experience with ERP systems.

  • Problem-solving skills.

  • Good written and verbal communication.

  • Proficient in Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office Suite programs.

  • English language required.

You can get to know the team better at one of the interviews, but some brief information about future colleagues will be useful now. The Procurement team is responsible for sourcing and onboarding vendors, ensuring Semrush receives the best value, and managing a frictionless buying process for our employees. The team is part of the Administration department, which aims to provide our employees with the services and workplaces they need to do their best work.
