Product Designer (Market Research Unit)

Tasks in the role
- Working on product tasks in collaboration with another Product Designer, Product Owner, and two Development Teams.
- Full cycle of work on design tasks: analysis of requirements, discussion of concepts and mockups, implementation review, and tracking metrics in Amplitude.
- Creating high-fidelity layouts based on our design language.
- Choosing a user-friendly work methodology.
- Verification of solutions by different methods of user research.
- Working on common projects with other designers and improvement of the user experience in the whole product.
- Participation in building a design system of components and common patterns.
- Interaction with UX writers, localizers, UX researchers, marketers, pre-sales, and many others.
- Experimenting, learning, and exchanging experiences with colleagues.
Who we are looking for
You know Figma very well and have 3+ years of experience in product design.
You have experience working with a product team, as well as having completed projects.
You have experience working with Design system.
Experience working with product metrics and UX metrics, as well as analytics tools (GA, Amplitude).
You are familiar with User Research Methods and have experience conducting some of them (like interviews, usability testing, user surveys, etc.).
English level is upper-intermediate or higher

We are the Market Research Unit. People, communications, growth, and development are our most important values.
The Market Research Unit is producing the tools that help our customers to know their market better: we have competitor traffic analytics, we know who the audiences of our customers and their competitors are, and much more! We have six development teams that work on four products, you’ll be working with two teams that focus on Traffic Analytics. Our Design Team consists of three Product Designers and a Head of Design.

The way we work:
We choose our own methods of UX research, finding insights and validating solutions, and communicating with users.
We track our results through set-up analytics in Inspectlet, Amplitude, and Tableau. We also have our own in-house analytics to help find even more valuable information in the data.
We share knowledge and help each other to improve solutions at regular MR Unit design meetings.
We work by the Agile/Scrum method in the product team.
We independently set up processes and manage working time.
We communicate cross-functionally across teams and departments to work out the most effective solutions.
We create solutions, we don’t just put together the interface.
We constantly improve our products to bring the best value to our customers and don’t just do a project for the sake of doing projects.
