Senior HR Operations Manager, mobility (HR Operations Team)

Hi there!
We are Semrush, a global IT company developing our own product - a platform for digital marketers. And this is our Senior HR Operations Manager (Mobility) role for those who strive to implement functional processes and drive them to full completion.

Tasks in the role

  • Take ownership of complex end-to-end moves and maintain exceptional levels of employee service.
  • Support in resolving country-specific questions for the country of responsibility and closely work with country counterparts in delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • Ensure consistent communication between all relevant parties associated with the move or services provided.
  • Provide day-to-day advice on mobility-related queries, including but not limited to mobility framework, local law, and application of relevant immigration and taxation legislation.
  • Provide assistance to employees with settling into the country.
  • Continuously develop internal knowledge base related to mobility topics (e.g. visa, social security, tax).
  • Identify opportunities to continuously improve operational processes and procedures.

Who we are looking for

  • At least four years of work experience in a similar position EMEA and US.
  • Experience with successful cooperation with various stakeholders, vendors, employees and their families.
  • Ability to learn quickly, multitask, and display initiative.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills.
  • Strong customer focus.
  • Excellent written and verbal English.

We are the team that handles everything from hiring procedures to relocations to policies, requests related to documents, and management of as well as management of HR systems and interfaces to payroll and other local HR services providers.
This team, led by the VP of Global HR Operations direction, includes a variety of specialists: mobility managers (relocation), HR administration specialists, HR automation, and HR analytics.
